Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking:
- Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in
- 50% refund: Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in
- No refund: For no-shows or same-day cancellations
To modify, go to "My Bookings" in your account dashboard.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for the best rates and availability. For peak seasons (Ramadan and Hajj), book 4-6 months ahead.
